South Metro TAFE - Carlisle Campus
We were thrilled to be part of the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing toilet blocks at South Metro TAFE’s Carlisle Campus. The newly upgraded facilities deliver a modern, functional, and fully compliant space for staff, students, and visitors — all in line with Australian Standards and client specifications.
North Metro TAFE - B-Block Training Structure Fit-Out
This fit-out at Balga TAFE – B Block is another example of WCCG’s dedication to Safety, Quality, and Trust, delivering innovative projects with impeccable teamwork and efficiency. Completion of this showroom installation, showcasing future technology in just 4.5 weeks.
FESA - Central Perth Fire Station
WCCG successfully delivered the heritage renovation of the Central Perth Fire Station, completing full internal and external refurbishments under strict heritage guidelines. The project required the protection and relocation of heritage artefacts, as well as comprehensive safety and traffic management, including a full perimeter scaffolding system. Completed over six months, this project showcases WCCG’s expertise in heritage restoration, complex refurbishment, and construction projects within operational city environments.
RAAF Base, Curtin - Recreation Facility
Another proud moment for WCCG, completing a brand‑new, purpose‑built recreation facility designed to provide a relaxing haven for the families who live on‑site and work tirelessly maintaining our Defence sites and assets. Located in the remote North West of WA, this facility was thoughtfully constructed using the skills and expertise of local subcontractors, then expertly installed and commissioned by our dedicated in‑house WCCG team for Ventia, supporting essential Defence Infrastructure.
Irwin Barracks - Hobbs Hall
WCCG completed the heritage renovation of Hobbs Hall at Irwin Barracks, delivering a full internal and external refurbishment in a 24/7 operational Defence facility. The project involved managing asbestos and lead contamination, working closely with the Australian Defence Force and the facility manager to minimise downtime and maintain strict safety standards. Key upgrades included a modern outdoor decking space, re-polished jarrah floorboards, internal painting, and the reconfiguration of the kitchen and bar area.
Coca-Cola Amatil - Kewdale Car Park
WCCG delivered the car park transformation project at Coca-Cola Amatil in Kewdale, creating a safer and more user-friendly space for customers, employees, and delivery drivers. This civil works project showcased our ability to manage complex upgrades through proven systems, collaborative communication with engineers, designers, and local authorities, and strict adherence to safety and compliance standards. Completed over 5 months, the project highlights WCCG’s expertise in civil construction, commercial refurbishments, and infrastructure projects.
