Apprenticeships for Defence Families
WCCG promotes apprenticeship programs for servicemen and the families of those who have served with the Australian Defence Force. By creating pathways into the construction industry, we help veterans and their loved ones build rewarding careers and a strong future.

MATES In Construction (WA)
- Mental Health in Our Industry
We are an active partner of MATES in Construction (WA), working to improve mental health awareness in the construction industry. Through training and fundraising, we help provide life-saving support and break the stigma around mental health for workers and their families.

The McGrath Foundation
- Turning Pink for a Cause
Every October, WCCG “turns pink” to raise funds for the McGrath Foundation, supporting breast care nurses and the Foundation’s expanded mission to help people facing all cancers. Our team wears hi-vis pink and runs company-wide fundraisers and fitness challenges to show our commitment to this important national cause.

Supporting Kids with Cancer
Each year, WCCG donates and volunteers to create fun-filled days out for children with cancer and their families. These special experiences provide joy and relief during incredibly tough times, reflecting our belief in caring for the youngest members of our community.
